Important: All Sales Are Final After Download

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once you download your prompt packs. We encourage you to review our Free Starter Pack (12 prompts) and product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Our Refund Philosophy

Digital products are different from physical goods. Once you download our prompt packs, you have permanent access to the content. For this reason, we cannot offer refunds after download, just as you cannot return a book after reading it or return software after installing it.

Try Before You Buy

We provide a Free Starter Pack with 12 professional prompts so you can experience the quality and format of our products before making a purchase. We also include:

  • Detailed descriptions of what's included in each pack
  • Sample outputs showing results you can expect
  • Clear explanations of how to use the prompts
  • Transparent pricing with no hidden fees

When We DO Offer Refunds

We will issue a full refund if:

  • Technical Issues: You cannot download your purchase due to technical problems on our end
  • Significantly Different: The product is materially different from what was described (not minor differences in expectations)
  • Duplicate Purchase: You accidentally purchased the same product twice and haven't downloaded the duplicate
  • Payment Errors: You were charged incorrectly or multiple times

All refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase and before downloading (except for technical issues).

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund based on the criteria above:

  1. Email us at [email protected] within 7 days of purchase
  2. Include your order number (found in your confirmation email)
  3. Explain the specific issue (technical problem, incorrect charge, etc.)
  4. Provide any relevant screenshots or error messages

We review all refund requests within 1-2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.

What We Cannot Refund

We cannot issue refunds for:

  • "Changed My Mind": After downloading, all sales are final
  • "Didn't Meet Expectations": When the product matches the description but you expected something different
  • "Didn't Use It": Purchasing and not using the product doesn't qualify for a refund
  • "Found It Elsewhere": Finding similar content elsewhere after purchase
  • "Too Expensive": Pricing is clearly stated before purchase

Refund Processing

Once approved:

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method
  • Processing typically takes 5-10 business days
  • You'll receive a confirmation email once processed
  • Your download access will be revoked
  • Your license key will be deactivated

Bundle Purchases

We do not offer partial refunds on bundle purchases. If you purchase a bundle (2 packs for $39 or all 5 for $79) and want to keep only some products, the entire bundle must be returned before download for a full refund.

Lifetime Updates Add-On

If you purchased the Lifetime Updates add-on (+$7):

  • The entire purchase (product + lifetime updates) will be refunded if eligible
  • Lifetime updates cannot be refunded separately

Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback. If you file a chargeback with your bank instead of contacting us:

  • Your account will be immediately suspended
  • We will contest the chargeback with evidence of delivery
  • You may be banned from future purchases
  • Legal action may be taken for fraudulent chargebacks

Fraudulent Refund Requests

We take fraud seriously. If we detect:

  • Multiple refund requests from the same customer
  • Evidence of file sharing or redistribution
  • False claims about product quality or technical issues
  • Abuse of the refund policy

We reserve the right to deny the refund, ban the account, and pursue legal action if necessary.

Free Starter Pack

The Free Starter Pack is provided at no cost and is not eligible for refunds. If you experience technical issues downloading it, please contact us for assistance.
